INTERIOR DESIGNER
Qualification & Experience:

• Creative, strong artisitic sense
• Goodknowledge of material and interior product
• Excellent in computer skills (Auto cad/Autodesk Revit , Sketch up,3D Max)
• Advanced AutoCAD and detailing design knowledge
• Age between 25 – 35 years
• Bachelor degree from reputable university with goodacademic performance
• Majoring: Architecture Engineering / InteriorDesign
• Excellent communication and coordination skillsare essential in dealing with all project parties especially with client andconsultants
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Hard-worker, loyal, honest, self-motivated andgood team work

ARCHITECT
Qualification & Experience:

• Relevant experience for Residential, Villa and Resort Project
• Some experience in landscape and interior design would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and coordination skill sare essential in dealing with all project parties especially with client and consultants
• Male age between 25 – 35 years
• Bachelor degree or higher in architecture with minimum of 5 years plus of proven experience to develop schematic design to construction drawing and site supervision
• Creative, strong artisitic sense
• Excellent in computer skills (Auto cad/Autodesk Revit , Sketch up,3D Max)
• Advanced AutoCAD and detailing design knowledge
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Hard-workwoer, loyal, honest, self-motivated and good team work

ESTIMATOR – QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualification & Experience:

• S1 Teknik Sipil atau Arsitektur
• Having minimum job experience 3 years at same area
• Can read technical image
• Having attention and accuracy talling to detail
• Having loyalitas and tall Integrity
• Can collaborate deep team or independent
• Have once worked at contractor or managemen is construction (MK) min. 3 years

DRAFTER
Qualification & Experience:

• Min STM or ngan 20D3
• Male age 24 – 35 years
• Was experienced Min. 2 Years
• Gaining control Autocad
• Can read architect tech image and interior
• Familiar with architects pictured codes and interior
• Having science about significant
• Gaining control detail’s science construction
• Can work deep time deadline and in collaboration with team
• Personality Criteria : Honest, Team player, Willing to work under pressure, Adaptable and dependable
• Honest, Team player Adaptable and dependable
