Responsibilities:

• Weekly and monthly stock checks
• Monitoring and recording all incoming and outgoing inventory
• Monitoring and recording all internal movements and changes of inventory
• Recording of data on a daily basis, reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
• Maintaining and improving internal systems for labelling, monitoring, controlling, reconciling and reporting. Accuracy and timeliness is key.
• Ensure method of storing of inventory is correct for accurate checking and general tidiness.

Requirements:

• Degree holder from reputable University (Minimum Diploma 3). Those with relevant experience in Inventory control will be considered.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in inventory control or related position.
• Max. 35 years old, Male or Female.
• Highly organized, meticulous and able to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative.
• Posses relevant IT skills in MS Office applications, specialised stock or database systems.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Meruya Ilir.
• Able to work discipline, under pressure , work independent and as a part of a team.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Compensation package is competitive and will depend on the educational background and years of experience.
